Tournament Format:

THIS EVENT IS LIMITED TO ONLY 50 PLAYERS, TOURNAMENT DIVISION PLAYERS ARE GUARANTEED THEIR SPOTS, LEAVING A LIMITED AMOUNT OF FILL THE FIELD POSITIONS.

All masters will compete in an twelve (12) game qualifying round. Six (6) games will be played on Saturday and another six (6) games on Sunday. The top men and ladies will advance to a “Stepladder” format final. The bowlers are seeded according to their performance (placing) in the qualifying round of the tournament. The top seed is placed on the top rung of the ladder, the second seed on the second rung, and so on until all seeded spots are occupied. The bottom two seeds on the ladder play a match consisting of one game. The loser of the match is eliminated and the winner moves up the ladder to meet the next seeded bowler. Again, this process is repeated until the final match, or top of the ladder has been reached.
